Refund and Returns Policy

Overview:

Our products refund and returns policy accepts exchange requests initiated within 3 days of the receipt of the product.

To be eligible for a return/refund, the item must be unused and in its original condition and original packaging.

To accept the return request, the product must accompany the original receipt/bill as proof of purchase.

The company may allow partial refunds after assessment of the returned product on case to case basis and is at the sole discretion of the company and cannot be claimed as a matter of right under any circumstances

The return shipping charges has to be borne by the customer only.

Refunds / Returns:

We are not responsible for any shipment delays due to national holidays or any natural circumstances. We are is not responsible for any damages or losses caused by postal or shipping services (Courier Company). We recommend you carefully to check the package contents according to the packing list in front of the postal service or shipping company representative.

If payment is made using a payment gateway and a cancellation is requested for the same order, please note that a charge of 5% will be deducted from the total order amount. The remaining 95% will be refunded to you within the next 2 working days, and it may reach your account within 3-7 working days via NEFT/RTGS or UPI mode.

Please note that this can only be done before the order is shipped. Once the order has been shipped, no cancellation of the order or payment refund will be accepted.

If the payment is already made through Bank Deposit then we can’t accept return/cancellation, else if you request cancellation/return of order before Bank Deposit then we can accept your request. Also, note you won’t be charged any amount because this cancellation can be only done before the payment is made through a bank deposit.

For any cancellation, you need to send us an email or call us mentioning the order request number, kindly note cancellation can only be done before the order is shipped. After the order is shipped then we will not accept any cancellation request or return of the ordered items. After the order is received if customers don’t like that product as per his expectation view at that time we will not accept the refund or exchange of the same. 

Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund and the amount of refund in case our assessing the condition of the returned product, if at variance of our full refund policy.

If the refund is approved, then the refund will be processed, and a credit will be given to the account as desired by the customer and intimation will be sent to the customer.

The shipping and handling charges, if any charged, shall not be refunded under any circumstances

Late or missing refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card or UPI company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items:

Only regular priced items if returned and accepted, may be refunded as per the return/refund policy of the company. Items under SALE or special offerings and specifically marked as NO RETURN/NO REFUND shall not be accepted for return/refund.

Exchanges / Replacement:

We only accept products for replacement or exchange if a change in the quality of the product is requested, subject to product availability. If the product is in stock, we will initiate the exchange process on the same day we receive the product, and it will be shipped accordingly. Depending on the delivery location, you will receive your product within 3-7 days

The shipping and handling chargers for returning and replacement/exchange of products has to be borne by the customer and is not refundable

Gifts:

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping returns:

To return your product, you should mail your product to: GF, T-170-A Front Side, Near Dimple Public School, Behind Lal Mandir, Baljeet Nagar, New Delhi (India) – 110008.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
